Volunteers

Ages 18 & over

Every position is done on a volunteer basis. We do not pay anyone except the performers and services such as sound and lighting that are needed to put on the concert. Without our precious volunteers we would not be able to put on this event.

You can volunteer as an individual or a church or club can take on a project and volunteer as a group.

Here are some ways you can help:

Stage:

  *Set-Up  &  Tear-Down the Stage. 

  (Friday-all day) (Saturday night after event or Sunday morning)

  *Load & unload band equipment.

  *Stage clean-up & restock water & towels between performances.

  *Security at front of stage and back stage entrance.

Booths:

  *Sell merchandise for the bands while they are on stage. 

  *Sell tickets at Ticket Booth.

  *Sell shirts, game tickets, etc at the Youth Jam Booth.

Prayer: 

  *Pray with teens/adults when needed. 

   (in prayer tent, during alter call, etc.)

  *Pray for volunteers as they sign in.

  *Pray for bands while they perform.

Hospitality:

  *Serve food to band members.

  *Provide food, drinks, dessert, snacks for performers.

(This would be a good project to sign up for as a church.)

Clean-Up:

*Pick up trash and empty trash cans if needed. 

  *Check bathrooms hourly for restocking toilet paper & paper towel

and clean if necessary.
